② What If the Recipient's Address Is Incorrect?

Make sure that your shipping address is correct before you place your order. Please take a moment to double-check your shipping address. ③ Can I Change My Shipping Address?

Yes, you can change your shipping address after you’ve placed your order, as long as the item hasn’t shipped yet. Just keep in mind that we process orders pretty quickly, so it’s best to make any changes on the same day you ordered. If you need to update your address, just drop us a message through Etsy Convo with: • 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗻𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 • 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝘂𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗱𝗱𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀 We’ll do our best to make it happen! ──────────────────────────────────────────────

If you have any questions or worries about your delivery, feel free to reach out to us. We’re here to help! ──────────────────────────────────────────────

➅ Returns & Exchanges

I completely understand how difficult it can be to imagine what an item will look like in a specific room! We do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind. We can issue a refund if the item was incorrect or damaged, or reship it if the customer wishes. This applies only to these two cases. ──────────────────────────────────────────────

Thank you for understanding our policies! We’re dedicated to providing you with a great shopping experience, and we’re always here to assist you with any questions or concerns. We appreciate your support!
