When will my order be shipped?

Since there’s been a high volume of orders recently and all products are handmade, your order will be shipped within the dispatch timeframe of 3-5 working days since the order was placed :).

How can I track my order?

Tracking is only available for TRACKED AND SIGNED delivery and not for any other delivery profile so please select this at checkout if you would like tracked shipping as it will not be available otherwise. If you have selected tracked and signed shipping, you will receive an email when your order has been dispatched which will include a tracking number :).

If you require a specific size for any of our products, please leave a note of the size at checkout :)

When will my order arrive?

(Please refer to our shop announcements for estimated but not guaranteed shipping timeframes). Your order should arrive within its estimated delivery time, however due to COVID there have been several delays with Royal Mail (especially to the US) so please keep in mind that we will try our best, however shipping delays are out of our hands.
