How long does Shipping take?

Please allow 2–4 days for processing, as each item is handmade with care. I ship Monday through Friday (no weekends or holidays) via USPS First-Class Mail in a bubble mailer or box with a tracking number.

Lost or Returned Packages

Once your package is dropped off at the Post Office, it is no longer our responsibility. We are not responsible for orders marked “Delivered” by USPS but not received. If this happens, please contact your local USPS office for GPS tracking information. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or “Unable to Forward,” additional shipping fees will apply to resend it. Return packages that cannot be reshipped will be canceled and refunded minus any original shipping fees.

For orders over $150, signature confirmation will be required at delivery.
