How long does delivery take?

For orders in the UK shipping takes 1-3 business days depending on the shipping options taken at checkout. for Orders outside the UK we ship with Royal Mail International Standard Parcel Post (unless shipping upgrades are selected), this has a delivery aim of 7-14 business days but is an economy untracked service so this is just an estimate and on rare occasions delivery can take longer than this up to a maximum of 40 days. Please let me know if your order has still not arrived after this time and we will investigate for you.

My order was damaged in the post, what can i do?

Please message us straight away when you receive a damaged item and we will be happy to arrange for a replacement to be sent out. If you order has arrived damaged then please make sure to take a photo of both the packaging and the damaged item. We need both of these images in order to submit a claim for damaged items in the post. If the packaging is clearly damaged upon delivery, if possible please sign for the item as damaged with the courier. Once we have this information to be able to make a claim we will be able to dispatch a replacement item to you.

I think my item may be lost in the post, how do I get a replacement or refund?

For all UK orders, the postal company Royal Mail will treat a package as lost after the 13th Business day after the date of shipping. For ALL international orders, the postal company Royal Mail will treat a package as lost in the mail 40 days after the date of shipping. If this date has passed then please let us know and we will then be able to log this with the postal company and either replace or refund your order as required. For courier shipments please contact us for further assistance.

Our 3D Printed cookie cutters are not dishwasher safe. When cleaning these, please wash in warm soapy water and use a non abrasive cleaning utensil such as a soft brush, sponge or dishcloth to keep your cookie cutters in pristine condition. We suggest the cookie cutters are left to fully dry before being stored away especially detailed ones that may be difficult to hand dry.

Please note, our products come in all different shapes and sizes so please do check the item details for the product you wish to purchase for the size details. If the size you require is not available, please send us a message as we may be able to make one to your requested size.

I have changed my mind, can I return my item for a refund?

We are able to accept a return for any non personalised item as long as it is still sealed in its packaging and has not been used. This is due to health and hygiene reasons. If the seal has been broken on the packaging and/or there are signs of use on the product then we are unable to resell this on so we would be unable to offer a refund for this. Please only request a return for a change of mind if the product is still in its original packaging and has not been opened or used.

Our 3D Printed cookie stamps are not dishwasher safe. When cleaning these, please wash in warm soapy water only (Not Hot water) and use a non abrasive cleaning utensil such as a soft brush, sponge or dishcloth to keep your cookie stamps in pristine condition.

We suggest the cookie stamps are left to fully dry before being stored away especially detailed ones that may be difficult to hand dry.

Please note that the stamp colour may change from that shown in the images.

As these stamps are 3D printed there maybe some small imperfections.

They are made using PLA which is a completely biodegradable material that has been produced with 100% renewable natural resources.

We recommend coating the stamps with icing sugar before stamping to help release the fondant.
