Do You Offer Rush Orders For Tumblers?

Yes, a rush order fee is an additional $40. This $40 dollars assures that your tumbler will be completed in three weeks from order date. Rush orders do not qualify for discounts and can not be returned, refunded or exchanged. Only under extreme circumstances do I offer refunds or exchanges. However, depending on the amount of orders and time of year, I may not be able to accept Rush Orders.

Why Does My Product Not Look Exactly Like The Photo?

I strive to make each piece as close to the original as possible. However, please note that each item is one-of-a-kind and are made to order. This means no two are alike and each will have their own unique pattern. They are meant to be unique, much like the person who is receiving them. Sometimes during the creation process, non-glitter tumblers may get a sparkle here or there due to my working space. Also, the colors may differ slightly depending in certain aspects. I can not control what the colors do or what they look like. However, I do strive to duplicate each one as closely as I can.

When Will My Order Arrive?

I completely get it! That exciting feeling of patiently waiting for your order. I promise you that your order is coming! If you are ever wondering about when it might get to you, you can always refer to your receipt on Etsy. Simply click on your "Purchase and Reviews" tab, from here you'll be able to locate your order from my shop. Once located, look to the right and you'll see a "Estimated Delivery" date. It is these dates that you can expect your order to arrive.

What If My Order Is Returned To Seller By USPS?

Unconfirmed addresses by the USPS Services or buyer incorrect address information within Etsy is not the responsibility of Seller. Seller will not be responsible for lost, damage, due to incorrect mailing information or stolen merchandise, and/or from incorrect address and/or unconfirmed by USPS Service information. Seller will ship to the address that is provide in the detail sale receipt from the buyer. If you would like your item to ship to another address, you must provide the information in the sales receipt. Otherwise it will ship from the information provided by Etsy. Make sure all mailing information is correct. *Buyer is responsible for all correct information. A reship fee will be charged for returns due to wrong information.

Do You Offer Custom Orders?

Absolutely! Don't see something that fits your personality, let me know. I love being able to create new cups and making something just for you. *Please note that all custom tumbler orders are subject to a $30 upcharge. This upcharge is to cover any proofs, extra material, and/or creating time it may take to complete your masterpiece. *All custom decals are subject to $3 upcharge. This charge covers any extra material, proofs, and/or time it may take to complete your masterpiece. *All Glass Can cups are subject to $10 upcharge. This charge covers any extra material, proof, and/or time it may take to complete your masterpiece. *All Coasters are subject to $5 upcharge. This charge covers any extra material, proofs, and/or time.

Cancellation Of Orders

TUMBLER CANCELLATIONS If for any reason something changes you can choose to cancel your order you may do so within 7 days for a full refund. A partial refund is given for cancellations between 8-14 days. NO refund will be given to cancellations made after 14 days. ___ COASTER/DECAL CANCELLATIONS If for any reason something changes and you need to cancel your order you may do so within 2 days for a full refund. NO refunds will be given to cancellations made after 2 days. ___ GLASS CAN CUP If for any reason something changes and you need to cancel you order you may do so within 2 business days for a full refund. NO refunds will be given to cancellations made after 2 days.

Refunds/Returns/Exchange Policy

***All items are final sale and cannot be refunded, returned, exchanged or refunded*** I sadly do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds at this time. This is due to the fact that each item is made to be unique for each customer. In the instance that your order is incorrect or arrived to you broken, please contact me within 3 days of receiving your item. I also require photos of the item(s) that are broken or incorrect. Emails sent to me after 3 days upon arrival can not be fixed nor refunded. For items that require a replacement, under certain circumstances I may require the product back. Once the original product is shipped back to me your replacement item will be sent back to you.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to keep track of packages after it has been shipped. If your package was stolen or has become lost in the mail please contact me within 3 business days from when your item was marked as "Arrived". You may either choose to ask for a refund or for a replacement item. Failing to contact me within 3 business days of a lost/stolen package will result in no refund or replacement
