What should I know before applying my henna ?

~Henna takes around 30 minutes to dry so prepare to have the area you want henna’d to be uncovered for at least 30-45 mins. ~Make sure to avoid any oils or lotions on the area that henna will be applied. ~You want to avoid water for the first day so make sure to shower before you apply henna. ~For the following day’s shower you want to apply a generous amount of coconut oil, vaseline, or a natural balm on the stain to protect it from water.

How long does henna stain last?

Henna stain lasts around for 2 weeks. Henna takes around 48 hours to fully darken. It starts out a bright orange and gradually darkens to a reddish/brown, so don’t freak out when it’s light when it first comes off!. It stays dark for a week and gradually starts fading in the next week. Its totally depends on how much our henna is in contact with water.

I made an error on my shipping address and didn’t notice until after but the seller responded quickly and fixed it right away. The product itself shipped very quickly and is very high quality! I’m new to henna and only left it on for a couple of hours because I was just having fun and didn’t need a super dark stain, but even after a couple of hours it developed a gorgeous golden color the next day!
