Additional policies and FAQs

After an order is placed we will only accept cancellations within 1 hour as we package daily. If the package is in pre-transit or transit we will not accept cancellations or returns. Please double check your cart prior to purchase. Items marked delivered by USPS are delivered and the transaction is closed on our end. If your order is not received when tracking indicates it’s delivered you will need to contact your local post office branch to locate your package. As we are a very small shop we are unable to send replacements unless you have purchased additional insurance on your package. We highly recommend purchasing insurance available in our shop. We highly recommend purchasing insurance for your package or by upgrading to priority. You can purchase insurance for your package in the shop by typing in “shipping insurance” in the search bar.

All orders will ship within 3 business days unless stated as a handmade item. We ship Monday through Friday. Most orders ship usps first class mail of under 1 pound. First class mail arrives within 4-9 business days but note it can take longer due to mail volume increase, limited employees and Covid restrictions as outlined by USPS. We apologize for these delays as it is not under our control. For lightweight flat items (under 2 oz) we ship using envelopes and their tracking numbers are provided by Pitney bowes and are often delayed. We recommend purchasing insurance. We are not responsible for lost mail, accidental orders or incorrect addresses inputted at checkout.
