How do I clean my Moroccan rug?

Regular vacuuming is the best way to keep your Moroccan rug clean. Use a low-power setting and a handheld attachment to remove dirt and debris from the surface of the rug. For deeper cleaning, we recommend professional cleaning services to avoid damaging the fibers of the rug.

Custom and personalized orders

Yes, you can spot clean your Moroccan rug if there is a stain or spill. Blot the affected area with a clean, damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid scrubbing the area, as this can damage the fibers of the rug. Allow the rug to air dry completely before using it again.

How often should I clean my Moroccan rug?

The frequency of cleaning your Moroccan rug depends on the amount of foot traffic and dirt exposure it receives. Generally, we recommend cleaning your rug every 1-2 years to maintain its appearance and quality.

How should I store my Moroccan rug?

If you need to store your Moroccan rug for an extended period, we recommend rolling it tightly and wrapping it in a breathable fabric, such as cotton. Avoid storing the rug in a damp or humid area, as this can cause mold and mildew to develop.
