Custom and personalized orders

We are always happy to hear your ideas for custom/personalized orders if they aren’t already something that’s available in the shop or if it’s a slight alteration to a current item. No guarantee that it can be done, and any adjustment to an order must be approved before purchasing. Please don't just add your change into the comments without a confirmation on our end that it can be done! Send a message our way with any customization :) Also, please note that custom orders may be priced higher than currently available items/designs as I have to design them from scratch!

All adult shirts are Bella + Canvas unisex unless explicitly stated that they are women’s sizing or a different brand (such as tie dye). All kids shirts are Bella + Canvas youth and toddler sizes, except for tie dye shirts. Adult tees are slightly fitted with a comfy feel and either made with 100% cotton (solids) or 52% cotton/48% poly (heathers). Women may need to size down in unisex tees, so please refer to sizing charts before ordering. Women’s tanks are more true to size. Any questions, just send a message!

Shirts are best taken care of by turning inside out and washed on cold. Lay flat to dry. Putting them in the dryer on too high of heat can cause the heat transfer vinyl to separate from the shirt, so if you choose to do this, please do so on the lowest heat and note that it could still ruin your design. Designs damaged due to drying will not be replaced. Kitchen towels can be tossed in the washer and dryer! Baby onesies should be washed on cold preferably turned inside out. Either lay flat to dry or tumble dry low. Please do not iron over vinyl without placing a layer of protection over. If you have any issues/questions with the care of these, please send a message!

Return/Exchange policy

We're sorry, but returns and exchanges are not accepted, as items are made to order and inventory is not kept on hand like larger retailers. This is also due to COVID-19 and wanting to keep everyone safe and healthy. If you have a problem such as damage with any item shipped to you, please send a message immediately and we’ll get it resolved! Please send your message via Etsy within one week of delivery, otherwise we won't be able to assist you. Please make sure you are choosing the correct size at checkout since we cannot exchange or return due to an item not fitting.

Please verify that your address is correct before checking out. If you notice a mistake, please send a message to the shop before shipment. If the wrong address is provided without an amendment via message, your order will be shipped to that address and not refunded or remade. Again, PLEASE CHECK YOUR ADDRESS BEFORE CHECKING OUT! If a package is returned to sender because the address/name is incorrect, you can choose to pay for new shipping, or the seller will refund your item minus the cost of shipping. This will be discussed via message with seller, as it will vary based on the kind of order placed (large vs. small, custom vs. basic, etc). Orders marked as delivered will not be resent or remade. Please contact your local post office.

What if my order is delayed during shipment?

Delays on the USPS end are not the responsibility of this shop. Please continue to monitor your tracking until a very unreasonable amount of time has passed (multiple weeks within the US and a month for international) and then contact the shop owner so we can decide how to work it out. International orders will take much longer than items within the US, so please be patient if you are out of the country. The shop owner will not be able to answer questions about when the postal system will get your order to you, as the two are not affiliated. Thanks!

What is the difference between processing time and shipping time?

Processing time: The time for the shop to create your item and take it to the post office. Etsy counts production time in business days, which does not include Saturdays and Sundays. Business days are Monday-Friday. Shipping time: The time USPS takes to deliver your order to you after seller has taken it to the post office. Please add these together for the TOTAL time from your order to delivery.

Bodysuits and tees are only available in white at this time. Newborn-18month are bodysuits and 2T-5T are tees.

So cute. I bought a yellow tulle skirt to go with it for Steelers day! Unfortunately, sadly is a Patriots fan and says no Steeler outfits allowed in the house! Grammy has snuck it on once or twice! Oooops!
