> Delivery time will depend on Customs Service and Postal Service in your country. Delays in shipping may occur due to COVID-19 pandemic.

If you receive a damaged item due to the reason of shipping process, weather, customs etc. please contact me and provide photos of the damage within 7 days after receiving the item. You'll receive a full refund or replacement only if you follow these instructions.
> Package is considered as lost if it doesn't come within 8 weeks from posting date and tracking info approves that.
> I will fill in the claim about the lost.
> I return money or resend the same.

Your satisfaction is my priority. If for some reason the items you buy from me do not meet your expectations, you will receive 100% refund (not including custom orders or digital downloads) if you contact me within 14 days after getting your order. All the items returned must be in the same condition and packaging as you receive them.
Unfortunately, I cannot refund the shipment cost.
Due to the nature of downloadable products, all digital print sales are FINAL. We are unable to offer refunds once the digital download sale has been completed. However, if there is a mistake with your print, please let me know ASAP and I’ll try my best to fix it.

Once purchased, you receive an email from Etsy bringing you to their instant download center. There, you can download all the files associated with the listing you purchased.

My prints are shipped rolled in a protective tube and jewelry are shipped in a gift box. You can ask to add a personal message.
