I really hope that you will love your new item. But, for some reason if you like to return it, please contact me ASAP (no longer than 3 days after receiving the item). I will do my best to give you a pleasant shopping experience. Depending on the case, even if you get your refund, the shipping cost will be excluded from the refund.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

If the package is lost, I return money after I receive official written confirmation of the loss from Ukrainian post.
