PLEASE see the listing photos to determine what kind of turner arm you have. We are not responsible if you purchase the wrong size for your actual turner. NOTE: If you measure your pipe and it shows that it is ¾" wide, that does NOT mean that you have a ¾" SCH40 PVC pipe. PLEASE read the instructions and see the photos included with the listing in order to ensure that you are ordering the correct size. We will no longer be exchanging or resending, at our expense, orders that are mis-measured! Im sorry that we have to put this disclaimer in here but we have taken the time to be sure that we are giving all the tools on how to measure the correct way and ask that you message if you are at all questioning your size so that we can assist you in getting the correct size you need. We have lost a lot of $$ in having to resend out, at our expense, new chucks because they were mis-measured by the purchaser. In the event that someone messages us and wants an exchange for a different size, we will gladly exchange, however, the return shipping and new shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer. We will set up a new listing for $8 for exchange to and from shipping and once paid and the old chuck is returned, we will send out a new one of the size you're exchanging. The ORIGINAL Pen Pal 3D Printed Glitter Pen Chuck for Tumbler Turners ~ Cup Chuck ~ Inkjoy Gel Pen Turner ~ Crosby Innovations & Solutions

The PenPal+ is a new item to the shop that allows you to turn spray bottles, like the aluminum bottles that hairdressers use for their water (see photo). This way, it has a dual purpose where you can turn a bottle or turn pens!

If you would like just the Spray Bottle Chuck, it can be purchased separately as well from the drop down box.

MEASUREMENTS:

Please check to make sure you know what size pipe arm you have. The measurement of arm usually is printed on the pipe itself. When in doubt, send us a pic of the arm you have with a tape measure showing the circumference of end.

These joints are intended to be permanently glued in place. If you need a different hub size, please message for a custom order.

The dowel holes are intended for use with 5/16" dowels. Not all dowels are created equal. In the case where your dowels or pencils are fitting too loose, wrap a layer of painters or electrical tape around the end of it and it will fix the issue! **Dowels and/or Pencils are not included**

PLEASE see the photo that shows how to measure your PVC pipe so that you are sure to order the correct size for your particular size pipe. The tumblers that are coming from Amazon or the craft stores sometimes have a smaller than the ½" pipe size, so be sure to measure and IF you have one that needs to be smaller than the ½" then message us with a pic of the diameter of your pipe so we can be sure to send you the correct size.

A LITTLE BACKGROUND STORY:

This "PenPal" cup chuck was designed by my Autistic son Christopher. I wasnt going to get on the Gel Pen Wagon but then I changed my mind. After I had him design a cup chuck for one of my more challenging cup sizes, I had a thought of making a cup chuck that would fit the dowels that we put the pens on. I explained to him what I wanted and gave him one of the dowel rods to use with his calipers to measure. He is amazing with 3d print design and he had it designed and on the printer within an hour! After posting a pic in a group that I was in, it went viral and I had so many messages and requests for one. We have finally caught up and even re-invested to grow his 3d Print Farm (see the photos of his set up)

I knew it was just a matter of time before the idea would take on its own life and other crafty engineers would be designing and selling their own. Thats ok, its a great idea! Just know that when you purchase one of these chucks from my store, all profits go to Christopher to assist him with growing his small business. He is high functioning, however, he is unable to work outside of the house at this time due to his limitations!
