🔹CUSTOMIZE ORDERS INFORMATION NEEDED:

1️⃣ Illustration Text (optional): character names, quote, etc.
2️⃣ Skin Tone (ST): View "Skin Tone" chart in product photos to select the # of skin tone.
3️⃣ Hair Color (HC): View "Hair Color" chart in product photos to select the # of hair tones. You may select up to three hair tones.
4️⃣ Hair Type or Hair Style (HC): View "Hair Customization" Option 1 or 2 charts in product photos to determine hair type or hair style.
5️⃣ Clothing Colors
6️⃣ Size of document - if printing larger than 8.5"x11"

🔹WHEN WILL I EXPECT MY ORDER?

Within 1-7 business days you will receive your PDF digital illustration via email. Revision/change requests may take up to additional 1-3 business days.

Please keep in mind that business days apply to Monday through Friday. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed on Monday. AMA Designs Studio is closed on most weekends and public holidays.

🔹WHAT CAN BE CHANGED?

1️⃣ Hair color, hairstyle and hair type, & skin tone from the sample charts

✨At the time of artwork approval, each illustration is allowed two complimentary rounds of changes. Each change after the first 2 (two) rounds of changes will be $15 USD each.

🔹HOW DO I GET MY ORDER?
________________________________________

No physical items will be shipped. The digital file emailed to you is non-editable and does not include paper or printing. You will be emailed a PDF or JPEG digital file of the purchased 8.5" X 11" illustration. Request in note box for larger size.

When you place an order, make sure to register with an email you want the digital file to be sent to. The email that you registered your order is the email that the studio will send the digital illustration to.

🔹WHAT IS A DIGITAL FILE?

A PDF or JPEG digital formatted file. This is a non-costly alternative to receive high quality digital illustrations instantly with no shipping fees.

As a digital design studio, our customers receive urgent orders with high-resolution, printer-ready email files used for their own personal use as many times as they want to.

🔹WHERE DO YOU PRINT THE ILLUSTRATIONS?

Anywhere that provides printing services. In the U.S your options are local print shops, FedEx, Kinko's, Office Depot, Staples, UPS, or your own printer. Online printing and delivery options can be Shutterfly, VistaPrint, etc.

🔹WHAT KIND OF PAPER SHOULD I USE?
________________________________________

The studio recommends heavyweight, matte, photo paper that most delivery and office supply stores carry. Other paper options are glossy, lustre/pearl, semi-gloss, and satin.

PRINTING SUGGESTIONS:

Before purchasing paper, make sure your printer is compatible with the paper. For testing purposes, print out a single sheet first then to print in bulk due to the fact all printers print differently. No refunds will be issued if your printer does not satisfy the quality of the artwork or print the artwork properly.

Colors are subject to change due to the printer’s ink options as well. The studio’s artists uses the exact colors from our charts; however, colors may vary from other electronic screens and printers.

🔹TROUBLESHOOTING ERRORS FROM PRINTING ON PERSONAL DEVICES

Unfortunately, the studio does not provide printing and technical support issues and services. We recommend for you to forward the email with the attached illustration to a local print shop.

You may print as many copies as you need for your own personal usage; however, illustration files are for personal use only and may not be resold, used for commercial purposes, and/or free distribution.

Cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of purchase; however, once the illustration has been initiated, there is no refund.
