The quality of the stitching along the border doesn’t seem to be very durable. It is already pulling away from the rest of the rug, but it wasn’t expensive so I do feel I received what I paid for. It definitely looks modern and classic and fit the budget!

PRODUCT DETAILS
✔ Material: 100% Natural Jute
✔ Technique: Traditional Hand Braided
✔ Thickness: Approx. 5–7 mm
✔ Sizes: Standard & Custom Sizes Available
✔ Origin: Handmade in India 🇮🇳

PERFECT FOR
This versatile natural jute rug works beautifully in a living room, bedroom, hallway, entryway, kitchen, nursery, farmhouse, patio, stair area, or boho-inspired space. Its natural appearance adds warmth and texture without overpowering your existing décor.

HANDMADE & NATURAL CHARACTER
Because every rug is handmade from natural fibers, slight variations in size, color, texture, pattern, and craftsmanship may occur. These variations are a natural part of handmade production and help make each rug unique.

Color:
The actual color may vary slightly from the listing photos due to lighting, photography, and individual screen settings (Close-up photos are provided to help show the actual color and texture).
Design: The pattern may be proportionally adjusted depending on the selected rug size. The overall design and handmade character will remain consistent.

Size:
A natural variation of approximately 3–5 cm may occur due to the handmade braiding process. Exact uniformity cannot always be guaranteed.
As our rugs are handmade using natural jute fibres, you may notice some loose or slightly protruding fibres on the surface or edges of the rug. These are a natural characteristic of raw jute and a unique feature of handmade craftsmanship, not a defect or quality issue. They do not affect the rug’s structure, appearance, durability, or functionality, and they will not cause the rug to spread or lose its shape. These natural variations are part of what makes each handmade rug unique and authentic.

SHIPPING & TEMPORARY CREASES
For safe and economical shipping, the rug may be folded or packed tightly. This can result in temporary creases, waves, or a slightly raised center when first unpacked. This is normal for shipped rugs.
To help restore its shape, reverse-roll the rug, leave it flat for some time, and place light weight over the affected area. Regular use will also help the rug settle naturally.

NATURAL FIBERS & ODOR
As this rug is made from natural jute, you may notice a small amount of loose fibers, natural dust, or a mild jute smell when first unpacked. Although we carefully clean every rug before shipping, minor natural residue can remain.
Simply vacuum the rug regularly and keep it in a well-ventilated area. The natural fiber smell generally fades with ventilation.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
• Not washable
• Vacuum regularly
• Protect from excessive moisture and direct sunlight
• For small stains, gently spot-clean with a slightly damp cloth
• Do not soak the rug
• Avoid harsh chemicals and aggressive cleaning methods

RETURN POLICY
Returns are accepted for damaged or incorrect products within 10–15 days after delivery.
Please note that minor variations in size, color, texture, pattern, natural fibers, or temporary shipping creases are inherent characteristics of handmade rugs and are not considered defects.

Free shipping is included with your order.
Any customs duties, import taxes, or other destination-country charges are the buyer's responsibility. Buyer need to pay them at the time of the delivery.
