I cannot open the file I downloaded

Please make sure that you have unzipped the folder - in most of the listings there are detailed instructions on how to do that or you can google it. If you still face issues with opening the files after unzipping, don't hesitate to message me.

I unzipped the folder, but I don't find the SVG

On some computers the SVG files appear with the thumbnail of your internet browser (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge or other). This is the file you need to open in your software.

What size is the file saved in?

The most of my vector files (SVG, DXF) are saved at around 12" for laser cutters or 10" for Cricut / Silhouette users. All of them can be easily resized to fit your needs. If you face any issues with that, don't hesitate to get in touch with me, I'm always happy to help.
