Do prints come framed or matted?

No. Listing photos are for visual reference only. We create our listings in those dimensions so they can fit in frames that can be purchased from IKEA, or WalMart, etc.

It is possible to change the colours on existing designs/prints. Just send us a message and we will contact you as soon as possible.

My package arrived damaged. What should I do?

Although this is a very rare case you should contact us immediately if your package is damaged by post office. Since we don't want you to suffer in such case you will have two options: 1. We will cancel your order and refund your money without shipping price. 2. We will produce another batch and ship it to you without charging you. It is important that you send us photos of damaged package and we will contact post office to prevent further cases.

How do we ship prints?

All prints are shipped inside of sturdy post tubes.

What happens if my parcel is sent back to the seller?

You are expected to track your parcel's status and control if it is tried to be delivered to address, or is kept at your local post office. If a parcel is not claimed and sent back to us, you can either pay shipping price for sending it again (even though your order was eligible for free shipping) or demand refund. In this case your money will be refunded withouth shipping price. Even if your order is shipped with free shipping, the total price minus the discounted shipping fee will be refunded to your account.

Sizes up to 16x20 inches (including 16x20 inches) include a 0.3-inch white border, while sizes larger than 16x20 inches include a 0.6-inch white border for framing.

Prints are in 300dpi resolution. This ensures very crisp lettering, bright and vivid colours. Your prints will be fade resistant for a very long time, provided you keep them out of direct sunlight.
