This personalized baby picture frame features a handmade embroidery of your choice. You can include names, dates, additional text, change the design, change colors, etc. It is a very unique and lovely personalized gift for newborns and their parents, baby shower, first birthday, nursery and more. The picture is made of embroidery threads on an embroidery stabilizer or fabric.



*DESIGN SIZE* = graphics+writing.
DESIGN SIZE is roughly between 6x6.5in and 6x10in (+- a few fractions).
THIS IS NOT THE FRAME SIZE: The frame is slightly bigger to accommodate your design.
Please let us know your preferences if any. Designs can be made smaller if you would like.



*COLORS* might vary slightly depending on how the computer/phone screens display them compared to real thread colors.



*SHIPPING is FREE*
Your product will ship out within 1-3 business days.
Please monitor your emails/spam folder frequently as I will contact you on Etsy with a preview of your design to confirm. All previews, customization, and adjustments are FREE.
If I don't get a reply within 24 hrs, we will have to embroider the proposed design as is because our products ship within 3 days of your order, and we need to respect this timeframe.



*HOW TO ORDER*
We will contact you to discuss the design and the preview. Please monitor your emails/spam folder frequently.

Please indicate:

1.Names, date, etc. for your design (personalization info)

2.Additional text you would like in your design if it doesn't require significant adjustments.

3.Fonts

4.Color changes, if any

5.Design size (not the frame size):
a)biggest available - please see description or photos
b)or smaller?

6. If requesting a different design, please describe it and/or send us a picture of what you are looking for. We will discuss everything with you and will create a new design.



*POLICIES*
1. Processing time: Your item will be ready to ship in 1-3 days.

2. We might use photographs of our products in our future marketing. Please let me know if you don't want your pictures in our marketing materials.

3. Cancellations & Refunds. You can cancel/refund your personalized order before we start embroidering/painting your design. Once the item has been personalized for you, this cannot be undone and we cannot offer it to anybody else. We hope for your understanding.

-We always contact customers to confirm their designs prior to stitching them out or painting.
-Please check your Etsy emails/messages frequently to coordinate design changes and details. Please check your spam folder if you didn't get an email from us.
-If we don't get a reply from you within 24h of your order, we will embroider/paint the proposed design as is and will ship it to you.
