Do you accept returns?

We do accept returns however this is dependant on the item, please get in touch if you wish to return an item. Please note we do not pay for returns and this is at the cost of the buyer IAW Etsy policies. The item must be in the original condition.

How long do I have to report suspected issues with my item that has arrived?

Although very rare, any suspected issues with your items (damages, missing items, incorrect items etc.) with orders need to be reported within 24 hours of delivery. The delivery date and time is that taken from the couriers tracking/delivery information from the tracking number when the item has been successfully delivered.

What should I do if my item arrives and the box looks a damaged?

Under no circumstances should items be refused acceptance. The box is designed to carry the item and to take any impact and is not part of the items value. Any damages that are impacting the item ordered should be reported within 24 hours and if necessary we will arrange for the item to be returned. Any items refused by the buyer will be reshipped at the buyers expense or the outbound shipping will be deducted from the refund total.

What if my order has been returned to sender?

All items shipped by myself are packed my myself. Shipping is completed with assistance of a 3PL and all tracking numbers are provided in the dispatch details. It is the buyers responsibility to track the item, receive the item or arrange for redelivery. If the item is returned by the courier after 3 failed attempts of delivery, any redelivery costs will be at the expense of the buyer. Should the buyer not wish to have it redelivered, the deliver cost will be deducted from the refund total.

Can I discuss an order I did not make?

No. Only the person who placed the order is able to contact us about their order. All queries need to go through Etsy help channels/chat and not through email direct.
