DESCRIPTION OF THE FINISHED ITEM

This bird table will make a great addition to your garden and will hopefully attract some of our feathered friends. It measures about 6ft tall, with the actual table about 5ft off the ground. The base spans about 2 ½ ft

The important features of this bird table are;

1, It is sufficiently high off the ground (at least 5ft if you have a cat)
2, The table top is free draining
3, It has a roof to keep the food (mostly) dry.

This project is aimed at the home woodworking enthusiast, no particular skillset required although you will need some basic skills such as cutting the materials to the required length and assembly. No special skills or tools required other than a saw, a tape measure, a drill and a screwdriver. Great project for a beginner.
