I find blackwork fills so beguiling, considering each individual fill a tiny thing of beauty all on its own. This thought was the starting point for this piece and led to giving some favourite fills their own little frame. There are 26 here and you can stitch them up as a finished piece (they are charted in the layout shown) but you can also use them individually (or make smaller groups, the little frames also come charted individually for you to play with). Also included are 4 tiny alphabets so you can use these frames to surround the words of your choice, use for greetings cards, mini keepsakes, snarky sayings etc etc 'But what if what I want to say won't fit?' I hear you say! Fear not! There are simple instructions for how to extend these little frames - so you can easily grow them to the size you need! There is a sheet of graph paper included too for you to plan any text.
