All orders are sent to the address on your PayPal payment.
Standard shipping does not include tracking number.

Tracking number service is offered at the end of check-out for an extra cost.

If you choose to go against the tracking number service, we do not take responsability if the parcel doesn´t get delivered or runs over the delivery estimate time.


All purchases are shipped within 72 hours of payment clearing. Except for custom orders.

If a holiday falls in the period mentioned above, an email will be send to the Buyers to notify that the shipping can take longer than expected.

Buyers will receive an email confirming shipment and tracking number when applied.

Please contact me if you want to upgrade your shipping for a more expedient delivery before making your purchase. Shipping calculations will be revised for you in the listing.

Unfortunately we cannot control the delivery time of the post office, especially for international orders (outside Germany).

As a Buyer, it is recommended that your purchases should be made well ahead of time to ensure that you will receive your items in time for special occasions.

International Buyers (outside Germany) are responsible for any customs tax that might occur in their respective countries.

Shipping rates also include shipping materials and handling.

To reduce shipping costs and impacts on the environment, I try to use recycled boxes when possible.

If you want to buy more than one item, please contact me in advance to see if I can make a better deal with shipping costs.

Listing items can also be sold in quantities. Please contact me directly with your needs. Price can be negotiated for bigger sales.

If you would like to reserve an item, please notify me and it will be held for up to 7 days. If you need more time you must message me in advance and we can come to an agreement.

**Custom Orders**

If you would like one of the listings to match your taste (color, size, details, etc) or try something totally new with your own ideas, please contact me so I can create a customized item for you. Consultations are at no cost and I will work with you to make sure you get exactly what you want.
