To cancel an order, please message me as soon as possible If your order is not yet in production, I will immediately refund your payment. Orders that are in production cannot be canceled.

All product sizes are approximate. The printed design will not always come out exactly as it looks on your screen since monitors and mobile phones have different display settings. I do try my best to match colors as accurately as possible but a 100% exact color match cannot be guaranteed.

SHIPPING DELAYS + LOST ITEMS

CraftedinUSAbyVB is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen – all circumstance which are beyond my control. Once I hand your item over to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the item – please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages. If you suspect mail theft, you can obtain the GPS coordinate of the last scan point from the shipping carrier and file a mail theft report with your local police department.

If a customer’s order is returned to the sender/seller for ANY reason the customer is responsible for paying for re-shipment.

Both the round rug and rectangle rugs are made the same, they are NOT thick rugs but they are comfy and look great! I personally use mine in my living room, on my deck and even in my garage as they are pretty durable. The rugs come from Asia but are printed and shipped from the USA!
