• We use International registered airmail to send parcels from Ukraine. • Tracking number, shipping verification and guarantee are in. • Signature is necessary after delivery.

Is it possible to change the shipping address?

• Please be careful while sending us your address! The order comes to Etsy shipping address and not the PayPal one, so you can change shipping direction only if your order wasn’t send yet. Inform us as soon as possible if the address is wrong!

• In a case your parcel went back to us as unclaimed we’ll contact you to agree upon cancelling the order or to get new delivery information. The price of redelivery is $9.

Parcels that were lost

• If the parcel doesn't come in 40 days after posting and the tracking doesn't work we consider it lost. We’ll send the claim about lost on our own. All packages are assured, and we take all the responsibility for the claims. While the proceeding we’ll send the same order again to you or give the money back.

• If you got a wrong ware or if the ware you ordered is injured or broken, you need to send us photo to approve it, and we will send you a new one or send the money back. • If you got a ware in good condition but for some reason you want to return it and get your money back, you should pay for the delivery. We’ll return the cost of the goods after receiving them. If you don’t want to wait that much send us the scan or photo of shipping receipt of the parcel, and we’ll pay back immediately.
