Wreath should be kept out of direct sunlight for extended periods of time to prevent fading and/or damage. Consider hanging on covered door, porch, under awning, ect.
Wreaths shouldn’t be exposed to extreme elements like rain, strong winds, ect to avoid damage.

On most listings, letter colors, ribbon colors and burlap colors can be chosen from drop down menus when ordering and if not instructions will be given to provide what you would like in the notes during ordering.

Some wreaths come with a standard bow/ribbon/color and can’t be changed, but I am happy to create a custom listing for you!
I am more than happy to work with you and create exactly what you would like!

Gift orders - Please let me know if you would like a note included with a gift item or if you have other special instructions and I will do my best to accommodate.



Shipping - Wreaths are packed with care in an appropriate size box and secured to the box to prevent movement during shipping.
I use a lot of care when packaging items but unfortunately the carriers aren’t always so careful and I am not responsible once a package leaves my home.
If for some reason, an item arrives broken or damaged though, please let me know asap and I will do all I can to make it right.

Items are made in a smoke free, pet friendly home. My office is enclosed away from pets.

You can find estimated shipping date on each item under shipping details, viewing item in your cart, on the check out page when ordering, after purchasing by looking under purchases on your Etsy account or in the email Etsy sends after purchase.

Please keep this in mind when ordering gifts/time sensitive items. Production time does not include shipping time.
If you need an item by a certain date, please message me BEFORE ordering to confirm I’m able. I can not guarantee any date unless we discuss before purchase.

Purchasing upgraded shipping does not reduce turn around time, only shipping time. I am not responsible for how long shipping takes once shipped

Sometimes bows may flatten slightly during shipping. No worries, easy fix! Just use your fingers to grab each bow loop and push and pull gently to reshape as desired. You can also pull the tails of the bow in different directions to achieve a different look. Or roll the tails up! Lots of possibilities to achieve just the look you desire! Bows are very secure on the wreath and gently pulling and shaping them will not hurt :)

All other items, for example, custom burlap wreaths, as much as possible! Please keep in mind, each wreath, bow, and item is handmade and hand placed by me. While I take great care to recreate each wreath to look the same, sometimes there may be slight variances due to the handmade nature. Colors may also look slightly different due to lighting, brightness of computer/phone screens and/or natural differences in how the materials are created by manufacturers.
