Once payment is complete, digital files will be available for download in your account under “Purchases and Reviews”. Please allow a few moments for the file to appear.

-Log into Etsy on the desktop version.
-Under your profile, go to the purchase area.
-Hit the download button next to your order. Refresh the page if you don’t see it.
-To open the ZIP folder: Mac computer, double click the file and it will unzip.
-To open the ZIP folder: Windows computer, right-click, choose to unzip.
-You will receive an SVG PNG DXF EPS File unless otherwise stated(some listings are sublimation only)
