Crochet Basket Pattern: Scrap Yarn Tote Bag (PDF Pattern)

Let me show you how to take a big pile of ugly or old scrap yarn and make this set of crochet nesting baskets. This is a great stash busting scrap yarn project.

This is a great beginner crochet tutorial. This is a 9-page PDF with a written out pattern. I give step by step details on how to make this set of scrap yarn baskets as well as useful information to modify and make any size baskets.

US Crochet Terms.

My examples measure approximately 9x9", 9x10' and 9x12" but I give info on how to make them in other sizes.

You can use any colors and make a fun, unique set of baskets to use as home decor or give as gifts.

Materials:

Any type of yarn can be used for this project. My example uses mainly #4 size yarn in assorted brands. I give a lot of details in my pattern on how to choose the proper yarn and hooks to make this project.

There is no yardage listed for this pattern as it is a scrap yarn project and I have pulled dozens of ugly skeins and partially used skeins to make these baskets. You will also see a very large Oval Basket pattern in my Shop that was made in conjunction with these nesting baskets.

I am here all to help and support you in any way I can after you download my pattern.
