Delta 36-725T2 & Ridgid R4560 Table Saw Dust Block

This piece is designed to sit under the throat plate and on the front inside edge of the duct collection chute of Delta 36-725T2 / 36-5000T2 series table saws and the Ridgid R4560 table saws.

The purpose of the piece is to help block the dust carried on the blade from blowing out of the dust collection chute under the saw. This helps reduce the amount of dust falling under the saw on to the floor and not into the dust collection system.

To install the piece simply remove the throat plate and place the piece inside the duct chute allowing the tabs to hold on/locate the piece on the edges of the dust collection chute. Then replace the throat plate.

Please note, that this piece MUST be removed when tilting the blade as the dust collection chute rotates with the blade when tilting.

PLEASE MEASURE YOUR THE THICKNESS OF YOUR THROAT PLATE AND ORDER ACCORDINGLY.

I have options for a standard steel 1/8" thick throat plate, 1/2" thick zero clearance and some OEM throat plate, or 3/4" thick zero clearance throat plate.

The Zero Clearance piece is designed to fit under most zero clearance throat plates available with a thickness of approximately 1/2".

The parts are made of PETG or ABS plastic for durability. Colors may vary.
