1. Royal icing decorated sugar cookies are very fragile unfortunately . Since I soft baked my sugar cookies to give you a mouth melting texture, please handle them as careful as you can. The decorated details such as flowers and leaves are fragile as well, so do not press them hard when you handle them. 2. Before you set up the dessert table or serve them in party, I suggest not to move or relocate them frequently.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Currently I don't offer gift wrapping and packaging. However, if you need a special wrapping or packaging of cookies, contact me before you place your order and allow me prepare materials, I will do my best to make it happen!

Expected cookies date

I schedule each order based on the event date provided at checkout and carefully plan shipping to balance freshness with expected transit time. Please note that carrier delivery dates and estimated delivery windows are estimates only and are not guaranteed. While I always ship orders according to my production schedule and the event date provided, unexpected UPS transit delays may occur after a package has been accepted by the carrier. If no event date is provided, I will process and ship your order according to the processing time and estimated delivery information shown by Etsy at checkout. If your order is especially time-sensitive or you would like to ask about expedited shipping options, please contact me before placing your order.

How you can make sure my cookies are not broken during the transit?

Decorated sugar cookies are fragile, and while I cannot guarantee that every cookie will arrive without breakage, I take great care when packaging each order. Each cookie is individually heat-sealed and carefully wrapped with protective packaging. Shipping boxes are lined and packed to help minimize movement during transit. Once a package has been accepted by UPS, handling during transit is outside of my control. If any cookies arrive damaged, please contact me as soon as possible and keep the shipping box, label, packing materials, and photos of the damaged cookies for a possible shipping claim. For larger events, I also recommend ordering a few extra cookies as backups.

After I receive my cookies before my event, how I can storage them?

Once you receive your cookies, keep them in a cool dark spot like a cabinet or cupboard. Storing your cookies near any light source can fade or warp your colors. Keep them away from humidity, don't open the heated sealed cello bag until you ready to serve.

No preservatives are in the recipes I use, everything is from scratch in my home kitchen. Although I’ve tested them for longer and the batches I’ve tried seem fine for up to 4 weeks, my suggestion is enjoy them up to 2 weeks.

If shipping delay occur, can I ask for refund?

I carefully schedule and ship each order on time based on the event date provided. However, carrier delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once a package has been accepted by UPS, unexpected transit delays or service disruptions are outside of my control. I am not responsible for missed event dates caused solely by carrier delays, and I do not issue seller-funded refunds for this reason. Any case or refund eligibility will be subject to Etsy's applicable policies and Purchase Protection requirements.

If I put in wrong address, can you resend my order or issue refund?

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please carefully review your shipping information before placing your order. If you notice an incorrect address before your order has shipped, please contact me as soon as possible. Depending on the order status, I will let you know the available options. Once a package has been shipped, I am not responsible for delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the buyer. I do not issue seller-funded refunds or complimentary replacements for address errors. If a replacement order is needed, a new order must be purchased.
