❓ FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: Are these curtains blackout?
A: No - these curtains do not block light completely. They can be backed with a cotton lining to reduce the amount of light that filters through; however, this is not the same as a full blackout lining.

Q: Do these curtains actually reduce noise?
A: Yes. The dense 2mm felt absorbs sound waves, noticeably reducing street noise, echo, and ambient room noise. Many customers use them specifically for this in home offices and bedrooms.

Q: Can I order a custom size?
A: Absolutely. Message us with your exact width × length measurements. Custom sizes are our specialty - no extra charge for standard alterations.

Q: What curtain rod size do the grommets fit?
A: Standard 1.5" (38mm) curtain rods. If you need a different grommet size, let us know and we'll accommodate.

Q: How do I care for these curtains?
A: Spot clean or dry clean recommended. Avoid machine washing to preserve the felt's structure and density.

Q: How long does production take?
A: These are handcrafted to order - please allow 6 - 8 business days for production, plus shipping time. If you have a deadline (moving date, event, gift), message us first and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Great product, good quality. Decorative, thick and insulating. However, service/workflow did not really work so well: First the wrong color was delivered. Then the right one was out of stock. And they insisted on the returned curtain with the wrong color to arrive in India first, before they would send out the new one. But maybe there is not too much to expect, as the price-performance-ration of the curtain is very good.
