DESIGN PROCESS...

When designing this chain I was working on building the pendant collection and we needed a strong chain which wouldn't tarnish or break easily. This chain is made using recycled stainless steel :) We cut the chains at our location and add / remove links & adjustable cables depending on whether you need one. We can also chain the size of the lobster clasp to a smaller or larger style depending on what you prefer.

I use a production assistant, Lindsey who I have worked with for 5 years. We are both on the same page and are focused on sustainability and unique designs to bring the design to life. Whilst we use a production assistant, all of our designs are based on our drawings and designs which we have built with our own ideas.

Love the item, but the seller shipped it via donkey basically. They used a “partner” shipping service to ups, so it sat in a warehouse for 3.5 weeks before going anywhere. I messaged the owner about it and they basically said tough luck even though it appeared to be lost in handling. After 6 weeks it showed up, but it totally defeated the purpose of this being a valentines gift to my boyfriend and I wasn’t super happy with the overall experience. I hope they choose to ship mainstream in the future to avoid this.
