Processing & Shipping

Given that all our items are handmade and made to order, our stitch to ship turnaround is typically 7-10 business days. Forever Flowers are 10-14 business days. We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and weekends. Holidays observed on a weekday require an additional business day of processing and shipping.

Transit time and delivery are determined by USPS and vary based on destination and mail service (First-Class, Priority, etc). Once an order has shipped, please use the USPS Tracking Number for actual transit time and delivery. Please note after a package has been handed to USPS, we have no control, authority or influence over USPS transit and delivery timelines. Orders will be shipped to the address provided during checkout. Please ensure this address is correct. We are NOT responsible for undeliverable or misdelivered orders due to a wrong incorrectly provided address. Orders returned to sender due to an incorrect or wrong address will be refunded/cancelled less any shipping costs.

Refunds & Cancellations

We do NOT accept returns or exchanges due to the handmade nature of our items. For cancellations, we will issue a full refund including any shipping costs if the cancellation is requested within 24 hours of purchase. Requests for cancellation outside 24 hours will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
