Shipping/Delivery Policy

I try to process all orders as soon as I can. Free shipping is usually sent via USPS regular first class mail - please know that there has been delays which are beyond my control. You may upgrade to priority mail for an additional fee. Priority mail does not always guarantee quicker shipping. I cannot guarantee estimated shipping dates. In the rare case your item gets lost in the mail, please reach out to me. I do not guarantee refunds/replacements of missing orders but I will try my best to find a solution. You will need to file a claim with the post office. International mail is sent USPS first class mail with no tracking. It can take up to a month or month.

International Shipping

All international sticker orders will be shipped in an envelope with an international stamp. These orders do not have tracking. I cannot guarantee arrival on the estimated delivery date. USPS has been experiencing delays. Shipping can take up to one month or longer. Please message me before placing an order if you would like to opt for an upgraded shipping service that includes tracking, where shipping costs are calculated by Etsy.

Sticker Application Tips

I recommend cleaning the smooth surface you want to apply the sticker with rubbing alcohol with a lint free cloth first. Gently remove the backing of the sticker by pinching an edge and/or slowly peeling it away from the sticker. Once backing is fully removed, apply sticker on desire location. Smooth slowly and firmly from the center out to avoid creases or air bubbles. The stickers are perfect for, cell phones, water bottles, laptops, notebooks, clipboards, planners, and more!
