What are your average processing times?

This varies by item. For items 100% handmade without production assistance (signs & chokers), I will typically only take 1-2 days of processing before shipping out- sometimes even less. For t shirts and mugs, which ship from my partner Printful's HQ, processing could be anywhere from 2 to 7 days. As mentioned above, every item listed should have an estimate on processing.

Custom and personalized orders

Yes! I am open as of September 2021 to taking custom order requests. If you have a neat idea that seems in line with my shop's aesthetic or you want a different variation on something you see here, just click the 'request custom order' button and let me know - I'd be happy to work with you! Note/FYI: I do reserve the right to continue to list custom listings in my shop after they have been commissioned if I feel it might appeal to a wider audience as well.

My package is late or is not showing up on tracking. What's up with that?

While I've found the USPS to be incredibly diligent on the whole, sometimes packages don't get scanned at certain checkpoints or there are delays beyond my control. I know it's annoying but don't immediately freak out! I've rarely seen a package get lost. That said, if it's been a long time past when you should have reasonably received your item, let me know, and I can attempt to track it down. If that cannot be done, I will issue you a refund. NOTE: I cannot issue refunds for items that are marked as 'delivered', so please make sure you're having your packages shipped to a safe location!

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE make sure your address is correctly typed in!

I know we all make mistakes, but always double-check what you type in. If you realize there is a mistake in the address you've entered, let me know ASAP I cannot vouch for items delivered to the wrong location and if the address is not verifiable, it may even be disposed of by the postal service, in which case I do not offer refunds, so be aware!

- if an item reaches you damaged, I offer refunds. Just make sure to take pictures of the damaged item and send them to saltysorcerersociety@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the item. Without the photos I won't be able to give you your refund! Note: because I work with wood, there will be some natural irregularities; these are not viable as damage.

That, my friend, is up for interpretation. I personally like to envision a conglomerate of easily triggered wizards with long white beards who sit in a circle and mutter bitterly about the perceived slights they have been dealt by life whilst crafting these fine wares for your heart and your eyes to delight in, sort of like incredibly sour, irritable elves. In another, very real way, we are all sorcerers weaving our own magic- and salt is not only something we all have a little bit of in our souls, but a great component of many a spell!
