I've used a soft grey veggie based ink on 100% cotton paper, made from textile industry waste.

Ground breaking zero waste envelopes, made from recycled coffee cups - they very cleverly separate the paper and plastic and recycle the lot in to other awesome stuff including these heavenly mustard coloured envelopes.

UK ORDERS
Are sent via first class. I buy my postage online and so your order will have a qr code that is scanned on posting and delivery with a GPS fix.

Most UK orders arrive the day after despatch but this isn't guaranteed (unless you upgrade to next day delivery) At busy times this can be longer depending on pressures within individual facilities that the parcel passes though.

If it hasn’t arrived 2 weeks after I have posted it, please do let me know so that I can open an investigation with Royal Mail for you. If it is still in the Royal Mail system they will consider it lost and issue compensation so that I can either fully refund you or remake and send again.

OVERSEAS ORDERS (NON U.K.)
Are sent via Royal Mail international Tracked - a tracking number will be attached to your dispatch notification so that you can check on it's progress.

Transit times vary from country to country - Typically US orders arrive within 2 weeks but this is not guaranteed unless a shipping upgrade is purchased. Postal and customs delays are out of my control and postal times can increase significantly during busy periods.

If it hasn’t arrived 37 working days after I have posted it, please do let me know and I will open an investigation with Royal Mail for you. If it hasn't had a delivery scan, they will consider it lost and I can either refund or remake for you
