Turnaround time:
Due to the delicate nature of the handcrafted goods we produce this cover up has creation time of approximately 2-3 weeks

For items in standard sizes, I’m happy to accept exchange within 3 days of delivery. Buyers will be responsible for the new shipping fees.

For custom sizes and orders, unfortunately I won’t be able to accept exchange since they are made with your specific requirements.

For items in standard sizes, I’m happy to accept returns within 3 days of delivery. Buyers will be responsible for return shipping fee, and there will be a restock fee of 30% of the item cost since most of my items are made to order
