Shipping was much longer than expected. Items received were not the same as pictures in listing. No answer to my follow up emails. Would not have left a review if seller communicated better.

Shipping was a few days longer than expected. I sent a follow up email to APOLOGIZE about the delay , I asked the buyer if she wanted to go forward with her order. I did everything expected of me. Not once was the quality of the jacket spoken about here. No excuse but a single mom of 3 , and trying to juggle the world on my shoulders. Im sorry you were disappointed but I am like anyone else. These are handmade and take some time to get out and into the mail.
