Our Cushions are very low maintenance. You might only need to clean them if you accidently spilled your pillow. 1- Treat the stain as soon as possible – a dried stain will be much more difficult to remove. 2- Dry clean only and Avoid contact with water. 3- Spot clean the stain area. Gently blot the marked area with a paper towel or dry clean cloth to draw out as much of the stain as possible. 4- Do not machine wash. These products are naturally dyed vegetable dyed and getting them wet might result in discoloration and colors might bleed/fade. 5- if there is still stain residues, take the pillow to get cleaned at any professional dry cleaner near you WovenCrafts does not take responsibility for pillows that have been washed incorrectly

I liked a pillow, but it is sold out OR there isn't enough quantity.

We are always in the process of making new ones. We prioritize the ones that are already sold out, and do our best to finish the ones that about to low stock quantity. We suggest to request a restock for the pillow you like from the listing and you will receive a notification once this pillow in stock again.

Can you customize a Pillow with my own color and design?

Yes, we can. The minimum quantity is 5 units plus additional charges for customs order requests. The process takes between 3 to 6 depending on the quantity.

how firm is your insert ?

Pillow: We stuff our pillows densely inside a fabric cotton cover so they can come thicker and firm . We overfilled for added head and neck support. If at any point you find the pillow to be little too firm, you can easily reach the inside through the zipper to adjust the filing by removing more stuffing. Poufs: We use the highest density foam that has a compression rate of 48LB/ILD & Density rate of 1.8LB/ft3. This mean for every 48 lbs, the foam will compress by 1 inch. This provide great support and firmness when the foam compresses

Return Policy: ✔️Our return window is 21 days upon receiving the product and we need to be notified within 7 days. ✔️ Buyer is responsible to shipping the pillow back to us. ✔️ The item need to be in same condition the customer received it.
