- HOW TO ORDER -

1. Choose the size.

2. Add your selection to your basket and follow the steps to payment.

3. Once you have paid, please use Etsy chat to send me the photo/photos of the home by selecting 'upload image'.

4. I will draw your portrait, this can take up to 1-2 weeks, then message your portrait preview before your dispatch date.

- PACKAGING -

🌼All of my custom art commissions will be wrapped inside a protective plastic on a mount board to make sure it arrives to you flat and safe and add a handwritten thank you note.


- ADDITIONAL INFORMATION -

- There are no refunds after you have received your preview, as it takes a substantial amount of time to create your portrait, which I am sure you can understand.

MATERIAL:

Watercolour on 300gsm cold pressed watercolour paper

For reference standard printer paper is 80gsm. Cold pressed watercolour paper has a rougher texture and therefore adds an extra layer of texture to the piece, as the watercolour gathers in some of the dimples.
