A charming vintage French dress dating to the 1940s- ? Soft and silky, I believe this dress is rayon ? Satin rayon? silky with lovely movement. ~ . A super charming dress ~ Super simple construction, with fabric covered buttons ( please see condition details ) and trim around the collar ~ lovely vintage style! ~*~ The ruched trim around the bottom is STUNNING ~ ( please see condition details) ~ the tone is a washed maroon tone ~ the collar is a pale peach tone ~*~

MEASUREMENTS : This Vintage French piece measures:
36 inches long
9.5 inches sleeve shoulder seam to cuff
32 inches around the chest
13 inches across the top back of the shoulders, seam to seam
waist is 26 inches around.


CONDITION : This lovely textile is in as found, not freshly laundered condition. There are signs of time and use on this textile, the fabric covered buttons are slightly grungy and the bottom one is missing the fabric, with rusted metal exposed. The trim around the collar is fraying and in need of some repair. There is stress on the seams of the armpit and some light marks in places that may not fully wash. The bottom trim is missing on the side edge ( small section) not perfect, but perfectly wonderful for vintage style lovers. ( condition is reflected in the price)
