Gift wrapping and packaging

We offer gift wrapping, which can be added at checkout. Gift wrap is £3 and is per order, all items in the order will be wrapped together. Gift wrap consists of printed recycled Kraft paper tied with teal cord and a 'Lovely Gift for you' gift tag. Add a short note (max 100 characters) for a personal hand written message to be added the back of the gift tag.

Custom and personalised orders

We accept custom orders. Just send us a message with your idea or requirements and we will be more than happy to design something for you, or make something to meet your design idea or situation. Most of the products in our store can be altered, personalised or changed to suit your needs.

Can I cancel or return my order?

• Cancellations - We are willing to cancel your order providing the cancelation request is received before the making process has started. For most of our products you have around 24 hours to cancel the order. • Wrong address - We can amend addresses before dispatching your order. If your address is incorrect, or wrong and your order is posted before you notify us, then there is nothing we can do. • Returns - We do not accept returns on personalised or custom products unless the product is faulty, damaged or wrong. For non personalised items we will accept a return provided we are notified within 3 days of receiving the order and it is returned in original packaging, unused or unopened. Return postage is the buyers responsibility

Order has not arrived & Tracking number doesn't work

1st and 2nd class are standard mail and not tracked services. However Royal Mail are trialling a delivery confirmation service for standard mail. As soon as we purchase a shipping label, a number is added to your order in the tracking number section. It is not a tracking number and relates to this trial delivery confirmation service that only gets updated sometimes. 2nd Class normally takes about a week to arrive from the date posted, not the date ordered. However since the announcement of 2nd class being reduced to 3 day a week deliveries, it has been slower and may take a day or 2 longer than normal.

Silver plated jewellery is not waterproof and therefore special care must be taken to make sure it is not exposed to any liquid as it will discolour and even rust. This includes but is not limited to sweat, perfume, lotions, creams, bathing and swimming. Chlorine will remove the plating from silver, and will dull down sterling silver - all jewellery should be removed before swimming in a chlorine pool. Elasticated jewellery should be rolled on and off to keep the elastic from stretching. A general guide to jewellery care • Remove before bathing or swimming • Keep in a sealed bag or pouch when not wearing • Avoid liquids, including chemicals, perfumes, lotions etc • Remove before sleeping or excercise • Clean using a silver cloth

How do I know what size to buy?

• Rings - Wrap a piece of cotton around the finger, thumb or toe that you plan to wear the Ring on but don't pull it tight, then measure the cotton - this gives you the size in millimetres. All of our rings are measured in millimetres. • Bracelets - wrap a flexible measuring tape around you wrist, alternatively wrap a piece of cotton/cord around your wrist, but don't pull it tight, then measure the cotton - this gives you the size in inches. Please note that all of our bracelet sizes are in inches. Our bracelet sizes start at 6" and go up to 8". If your buying as a gift and can't check the size, the most common size for a standard female is 7". • Necklaces - Please see the sizing guide in product page photos

When will I receive my order?

Our processing time is 2-4 working days and the processing time is in addition to delivery estimates. On average during January to October, our processing time is usually 2 working days, but from October to December it is 3-4 days. When you place an order, you choose a delivery method, and each one has its own estimated delivery time. We offer several services including Standard 1st and 2nd class, priority services 24 and 48 tracked and next day delivery. As an example in June an order would be processed in 2 days, and if the chosen delivery method was 2nd class, which normally takes about a week to arrive the overall length of time from order to receipt would 2+7 working days. Giving you a total estimated delivery time of 9 days.

I am in UK but I can't place an order

New GPSR rules came into effect on 13th December 2024 which means that we can no longer ship to EU countries. Unfortunately due to Brexit arrangements, Northern Ireland has to abide by EU rules which means GPSR applies. The costs involved to become GPSR compliant are too high for our small business and therefore means that we no longer ship to Northern Ireland. There is a work around - have your order delivered to a mainland UK address ie a family member who can then send it on as a gift where GPSR does not apply. Or keep it ready for you to collect when you next visit.

How much is postage to UK?

We ship to almost all of the UK We do not ship to Northern Ireland Domestic postage starts at £2.25 for letter size items and £3.50 for almost everything else. In some cases we do offer free shipping to UK and you will find the delivery cost in the product detail page. For standard delivery it takes on average 10 days for your order to arrive from the day you place the order. We use Royal Mail and offer several postage upgrades for a faster service. A postage upgrade reduces the delivery time to anywhere between 3 to 7 days depending on your selection. Postage upgrades • 1st Class - standard • 48 Tracked - priority • 24 Tracked - Priority • Next Day Delivery (excluding saturday delivery) - Express 1st and 2nd class are not tracked

Why is the postage so high to USA?

New import duty rules came into effect on 29th August 2025 and means that all orders are now subject to import duty at a rate of 10% on average. The average postage cost to USA if £17 for one product. Additional products only increase the postage slightly due to the import duty . • We build the import duty charges into the postage price • Customers will not have to pay any import duty to receive the order • We only send tracked to USA • Delivery to USA usually takes 7-8 working days. Please note that once your order has been posted, it is no longer in our control. We are not responsible for customs delays that may affect when your order is delivered.
