United States - Why is my tracking not updating yet?

U.S. tracking numbers begin updating once the package arrives in the United States, usually about 8 business days after shipment.

What should I do if my package seems delayed?

Please check your tracking regularly through Etsy or the carrier website. In some countries, parcels may be held at local post offices or parcel shops without a delivery notice. Australia If your order hasn’t arrived within 3 weeks of shipment, please contact your local post office. Parcels are sometimes held there without notice. Germany & Austria GLS may redirect parcels to local parcel shops without notice. Please check your tracking approximately one week after shipment.

What happens if my order is returned to sender?

We can reship returned packages; however, return and reshipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

Can I change my address after ordering?

Please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we are no longer able to make changes.

United States - Why does my package have a U.S. return address?
