Fabrics with polyurethane impregnation are somewhat more expensive than fabrics with a layer of polyvinyl chloride, but they are stronger and lighter, and have a larger temperature range for use - from +40 to -30. The upper layer consists of polyester threads (100% polyester) interwoven in the type - oxford,. The bottom layer is a transparent polyurethane impregnation that holds the polyester threads together. The bonding layer of polyurethane, in contrast to polyvinyl chloride, has a significantly higher melting point and this allows this fabric to be used for sublimation printing on it. The front side of the product has a water-repellent impregnation that is invisible to the naked eye. The minimum water resistance of our product is 3000mm. Depending on the customer's requirements, a layer of waterproof impregnation can be applied on either side of the fabric or on both sides of the fabric, which significantly increases its resistance to water. Standard width is 1500mm, thickness is 0.40mm, weight is 230gr / sq.m._ + 10%. Lightfastness class - 3 (60 hours of ultraviolet radiation).
