Early 90's BYER TOO! California tiger / leopard print mini dress w/ feather trim.

Condition:
In good vintage condition. It seems this dress has been cut to made shorter and hemmed by hand. The breast padding has light foam that is disintegrating (light powdery residue) could be cut out for easy fix.

Measurements:
marked a size large but seems to best fit a size small - medium
Bust: 32"
Waist: 30"
Hip: 38"
Overall Length: 30"

For reference, model is 5'6" 31/24/32
