How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Can the favor cards be customized with any message?

Yes! Our custom party favor cards are designed and printed in-studio, so they can be customized to say anything you like! In the notes to seller portion of your order simply write what you would like printed on the cards. For example: Top: “your text here” Bottom: “your text here”

Can I customize the hair ties included in my favors?

Yes! Any assortment of hair ties from our shop can be made into party favors. If you have a particular set of colors you’d like reflected in your hair tie favors, simply message me and I would be happy to send examples of the available hair ties in your colors. I am continually adding more colors and patterns of hair ties, so please don’t hesitate to reach out if you don’t see exactly what you’re looking for – chances are I either have it, or I can get it! Can I see a proof of my custom favor card before it prints?

Yes, proofs can be provided upon request. Please note on your order if you would like to see a proof of your custom favor card, which will show you exactly how the card will look. Proofs are sent within the posted order processing time. Typically, orders will then ship within 1-2 business days of proof approval. If you request a proof, they must be approved prior to an order being printed. Please note that order delays due to awaiting proof approval are not included in our processing times and may delay the shipment of your order.

What are the dimensions of the favors?

Each of our favors are individually packaged in clear cello envelopes. Single hair tie favors measure 4"x3", while double & triple hair tie favors measure 4"x4".
