Damage During Transit:
If on the rare occasion an item arrives damaged due to transit, please contact This Witch Candles and send a photo and description of the damage within 48 hours of receiving your order in the mail. The case will be evaluated and further steps will be provided. A decision will be made on a case by case basis. Please be aware that This Witch Candles cannot accept any damage cases beyond the time frame of 72 hours.

This Witch Candles offers free shipping in the USA on all orders from 35USD and up. There is a $5 shipping charge for orders below this amount.

Method of Shipping:
This Witch Candles uses USPS Priority Mail to get your order to you as quickly as possible! Orders may be shipped in flat rate padded mailers or flat rate boxes depending on the size of the order.

Item Marked Delivered and Not Received:
Was your package marked as delivered but not received?
As your item was shipped to the address listed, please initiate a case/file a claim with USPS.
To file the claim, go to your local post office and speak directly to the postmaster and/or call your local post office.
Please explain the circumstances and any pertinent details. This needs to be reported so the courier can further investigate and advise.
