Why is postage £2.75 for such a small item?

Unfortunately, the popper on the cable ties and pop on pen holders will not fit through the 'Letter' slot measuring tool at the Post Office. Therefore, these items need to be posted as a large letter.

Can you make my lanyard shorter/ longer?

Absolutely! Just pop the measurements in the message box at checkout of your desired lanyard length. Please provide the drop measurement - from the back of the neck to the very end of the metal swivel clasp.

Why is shipping so expensive to the USA?

I have to send all of my orders International Track and Sign with Royal Mail as I have sadly had so many parcels go missing in the 6 years I have been running my shop. Sending orders Track and Sign enables you to track your parcel all the way from the Post Office to your home, giving you peace of mind that it is on its way and I also receive a notification when it is delivered safely. There is also an additional cost on top of the postage to pay for the Customs Tarrifs that Trump enforced from August 2025.
