We use Royal Mail 1st class as standard for yarn orders, which usually takes 1-2 working days after posting. During busy times (especially the festive holidays), it can take an extra day or two. Please choose the Special Delivery upgrade if your order is time-sensitive.

We use Royal Mail's international express service for all orders (fully tracked). Shipping times vary by country, but most orders arrive in 4-10 working days. Delays can occur at busy times of year and occasionally when there is a backlog clearing customs in the destination country.

We provide customs information electronically (as well as printed on the packet) to speed up the clearance process. Buyers are responsible for any import duties or similar charges, as these are beyond our control.

We photograph every new batch to ensure the yarn you receive matches the one in the picture. We do everything within our power to ensure the accuracy of the colours in our photography, including using 95% CRI studio lighting and calibrating white balance and exposure continually using professional equipment. However, we don't control the screen settings for the device you are looking at the images on, and each device displays colour slightly differently.

Please also check the shade's written description to see if it suits your requirements. If in doubt, we're happy to provide additional photos of the yarn next to other colours for comparison.

We dye in small batches (6-18 skeins). There can be variation between batches, and to a lesser extent, variation within a batch. However, we always make sure that skeins ordered together are from the same batch and match each other.

Please order enough for your project, as it is harder to ensure that skeins ordered at different times will match.
