I messaged to say I'd lost my favorite fox ears of all time which I bought here around 4 years ago and wear them to every party/event that I go to. Sadly they were misplaced at a festival and I was devastated!! I emailed as they were out of stock, so she made sure to order more headbands so that she could make me a new pair!
