I ordered this thinking I was getting an 11 x 17 poster. When after paying all I got was ‘download’, I proceeded to cancel my order. No way in hell could I find a way, and when I thought I did, couldn’t send any message to cancel IF I wasn’t getting a poster for my greenhouse. I don’t see well. This needs to be a poster. Just cancel, if this is only download. This whole hour has been a nightmare.

I am so sorry the cancellation process was not easy. I myself have actually not been an Etsy shopper in a long time so am not even sure how that process works. As for not seeing “Instant Download,” thank you for the great feedback. I will update my product title so that it’s clear for future buyers.

I got it professionally printed and laminated, and it looks adorable in my kitchen😄 The seller was super kind and communicative, and she made the 11x17inch size in order to accommodate me.
