The steps show you how to cut the tulle according to the size and how to sew the elastic casing and ribbon on.

Easy to read measurements for each size in inches, meters or yards.

Simple straight stitches, back stitches and zig zag stitches is all you need to know.

You will need:
Sewing machine (basic is perfect)
Yard stick
Tulle (either 54” wide, 6” wide rolls or 18” wide rolls depending which pattern you bought).
7/8” to 1” wide elastic.
Thread in colour choice
Satin ribbon if you choose to use
Scissors
Cardboard if using 6” rolls for the curly q tutu pattern.
